AAMD Poster Presentations
The AAMD hosts a poster presentation at the annual meetings. This is a non-competitive, peer-reviewed process.
The poster presentation is open to medical dosimetry professionals as well as medical dosimetry students.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Posters can be either 4X4' or 4X8'
- Submission must include:
- Each Author's first and last name
- E-mail address
- Each Author's Institution Name, City, State/Province/Country
- Follow this format in putting template together. Limit template to 300 words, with one table or illustration.

Conflict of Interest
- The final template should be converted to a PDF file or MS Word and submitted by March 17, 2010 to:
- Paula Berner at pberner@mdanderson.org
- Please use "AAMD Annual Meeting Poster Submission" in the subject line of the email
- AAMD Education Committee will send confirmation of receipt
- The panel of reviewers that will evaluate the template and issue invitations to present at the annual meeting include:
- 1 radiation oncologist,
- 2 medical physicists, and
- 2 medical dosimetrists
- Author will be responsible for bringing the poster to the annual meeting and dismantling the poster at the end of the educational session.
